Introductory Mediation Skills
The 18-hour intensive mediation skills training course focuses on fundamental and practical techniques to successfully resolve disputes. These techniques can be used in the work environment as well as in the home and community. The class is limited in size to maximize interaction and skill building. The course will include mini lectures, case studies, simulations, and participatory exercises in the virtual environment.
