Take an hour for yourself to de-stress before the end of the year. Join this special Spotlight Series session where 2 experienced mindfulness teachers share their favourite practices to help you 'Wind Down From Work'.

Uncover fascinating details about how the brain conditions you and increase your general levels of positivity and resilience in the process.

H E A L is a powerful and brain-friendly practice that can help you make better use of the many small and seemingly mundane positive experiences our brain doesn't naturally pay attention to.

With regular practice, H E A L has the potential to further your overall level of wellbeing by converting mental resources such as positivity and calm into brain 'traits' rather than fleeting brain 'states'.

We don't always have the time to set 10 minutes more aside for a mindfulness practice - sometimes the days get away from us and it just gets pushed down the priority list - and that's okay.

Deiric has collected a series of ‘micro-practices’ that he uses to help him cope with stress and pressure.
