Executive Education

Executive Education at FIU’s College of Business delivers state-of-the-art knowledge and tools to drive better strategic thinking, decision-making, and day-to-day leadership. Our programs, designed to help business professionals and executives enhance their management and leadership skills, are short-term and non-credit. Drawing upon a global network of faculty and practitioners, our programs also may be customized to meet the specific needs of companies and organizations.

Participants in Florida International University’s open enrollment and customized corporate training programs find a collaborative learning journey that is rich in content, fun and flexible. We offer:

• Open enrollment programs of short duration, in high-demand areas, such as Lean Six Sigma (Yellow, Green and Black Belt), project management, human resource management, finance and international business and public policy.
• International non-credit certificate programs for foreign business schools, companies, associations, governmental agencies, and non-profit organizations;
• Customized corporate programs at any of our campuses or onsite, including overseas, in English, Spanish, and Portuguese.
