Using BPM Discipline with Six Sigma & Lean Methodologies
This course is focused on providing the ability to create a Process Enabled Enterprise geared towards customers. A Process Enabled Enterprise requires a business process framework, formulated enterprise architecture, established working business intelligence, and a relationship between perpetual enhancement projects and fundamental business processes. At some point, the majority of businesses need to evolve from a strictly Six Sigma (DMAIC) approach, to a strategic scheme that will lay a solid foundation for growth, accountability, and performance management. By understanding Business Process Management, you’ll be able to construct a framework that will enable maximum strategic alignment. Through this course, you’ll be able to identify metrics for the business process to best align with your specific business goals. From there, your organization will be able to more readily identify performance gaps which can have a dominant impact on customer experience. Six Sigma methodologies can be applied to prioritize crucial projects and minimize and close any gaps.
