Leadership Development Workshop: Strong Relationships and Collaboration
Strong relationships create the opportunity to produce strong results. Collaboration is key. In our Strong Relationships and Collaboration Workshop, we explore Epiphany’s RQ Relationship Intelligence model. We examine the 5 elements of relationship including: conversation, safety, generosity, candor and transparency to unlock opportunities to enhance our collaboration skills.
Our workshop coaches are trained with years of experience delivering group workshops online or in person with teams of three to teams of 50 over the last 20 years.
