Executive Coaching Program: Senior Leader Year 1 Onboarding 1:1
Ramp up your senior leaders in new roles more quickly through coaching. When you work with a coach, you’re the one setting goals, choosing topics for discussion, and bringing the information to the table.
Coaching is powerful because coaches act as confidential sounding boards, which allows senior leaders to be open with their thoughts and brainstorm new ideas. Additionally, coaches drive focus, clarity, and accountability by helping leaders set goals and work towards them consistently.
