Project Essentials: The Ishikawa Fishbone Diagram
The Ishikawa Fishbone Diagram is part of the 7 tools of quality introduced by Karou Ishikawa in order to make it easy to understand the undercurrents within our various processes in a manner that is easily understood by trained and untrained human capital assets charged with resolving organizational issues.
In the course of this 60-minute ( 45 minutes of information + 15-minute Q&A) we will walk through each of the 7 tools of quality and how they lead us to the Ishikawa Fishbone Diagram. Then we will break down the diagram into each of its individual parts and then take those components and walk you through the process of building one. You will get the chance as we are walking through the construction process of creating your own diagram for an organization-specific version.
