Agile Project Management: Plan an Iteration
This course covers how agile teams manage the work within an iteration. With a good understanding of the team’s work production capacity, the project manager can work with the team and the business owner to target a sustainable amount of work for the iteration. Within the iteration, the stories are detailed further and decomposed into tasks by the team. As the team accomplishes the work, you will learn how to appropriately detail the remaining work in the backlog in preparation for subsequent iterations.
