Teambuilding with Everything DiSC Workplace® is a personalized learning experience that also fosters improved team cultures. Participants explore their own workplace personality while learning to appreciate differing priorities, preferences, and values of others in the workplace. With personalized insights and actionable strategies, participants learn how to adapt to the style of others, ultimately improving engagement, collaboration, and the overall quality of the workplace.
As a licensed provider, Dering utilizes the Everything DiSC Workplace® online assessment and training materials to help the participant learn about their own DiSC style. Each participant is provided with a personalized profile containing valuable insights into the priorities that drive their behavior and what might be challenging when interacting with others. Through the dynamic classroom Teambuilding with Everything DiSC Workplace® session, participants apply and practice actionable strategies to strengthen their interpersonal interactions at all levels in the workplace.
