Learn how to speak the language of senior decision makers and sell with greater confidence with this on-demand course from CustomerCentric Selling®. The program will develop your understanding of financial language, objectives and analysis, equipping you with more powerful selling tools from which to engage in executive conversations and close bigger sales.

Training Content

This Financial Impact Selling™ for Sales Teams course will cover:

  • Financial impact testimonials from existing customers using a "Customer Outcomes™" process
  • Financial Statements and Financial Statement bottom lines, crucial drivers and key measures
  • The financial language of business and high-level decision makers
  • Creating "Economic Impact Questions™" to open and conduct more precise analysis and discussion around a customer's strategic financial objectives
  • Mastering the "Industry-Segment Analyzer™ to enable sellers to talk to public or private company decision makers about industry-specific numbers and competitive metrics
  • Using a customized "Financial Drivers™" tool that focuses on a customer's key measures to demonstrate the financial impact of their sales solutions
  • Enabling participants to help their own company achieve its internal strategic financial objectives


The cost of this course is $21,000 for the first six students, $2,200 for each additional student up to eight, plus $8,000 for customization.
