This online, self-paced course provides experienced project managers with the knowledge and skills necessary to successfully complete the Project Management Institute’s nationally recognized Project Management Professional (PMP) exam. This credential is considered the standard of excellence in the field of project management and is often a requirement for jobs in the field. - Explain how to monitor and control project risks and procurement tasks (e.g., contracts).
- Explore the Agile Practices Guide for an introductory-level understanding of iterative approaches.
- Demonstrate skill in selecting best approach (iterative or traditional) for a given project.
