Many leaders struggle with employees who exhibit poor performance or work habits despite repeated coaching. This online, self-paced course builds leaders’ skill and confidence in handling chronic performance problems. (30 days to complete course)
Who should attend?
Pre-requisite: Communicating for Leadership Success
Upon completion, participants will be able to:
- Learn how to focus on operational and behavioral issues and how to overcome defensive reactions, such as deflecting, blaming and redirecting.
- Learn how to gather and use data to provide effective feedback and how to balance seeking and telling to gain commitment for improvement.
- Practice conducting performance improvement discussions.
The cost of this training course includes all course materials.
Certification / Credits
Upon completion, participants will receive a Certificate of Completion with CEUs.
