Public Speaking and Presentation Skills 6 Month Team Transformation
This 6-month training program can be delivered for teams or departments of different sizes.
Participants will learn concepts for verbal delivery, vocal tonality, hand gestures and body language, speaking with concision, storytelling and more.
Videos of prominent speakers and presenters (relevant to your industry, functional area and team goals) will be analyzed for reference.
Participants will go through multiple activities and practice exercises during each session, receive personalized feedback, and have their progress tracked throughout the program.
Participants will be recorded on video, and their speech transcribed and analyzed for word choice, persuasiveness, speed and other metrics. Participants will also receive personalized coaching for maximum support and transformation.
