Leadership 101: The Co-Active Leadership Experience
Traditional leadership paradigms say that leaders are defined by their roles and responsibility. In the new leadership paradigm, we believe that everyone is a leader, and there is more than one way to lead. In this 3-day experiential workshop, participants will be guided through all 5 dimensions of the revolutionary Co-Active Leadership Model.
You’ll learn about different leadership styles, how they can align communication with a common language, and when and how to apply each to be more agile, effective, and able to bring the best version of yourself to any situation.
During the Co-Active Leadership Experience, participants will spend 3 days immersed in experiential group learning, exploring the 5 dimensions of the Co-Active Leadership Model. You’ll have the opportunity to experience each of the 5 dimensions separately, discovering where you are strong and where there’s room to grow.
Gain tools and skills to respond to any challenge with fluidity and flexibility, while staying true to your vision, relationships, values, and sense of purpose.
