Productivity - Coaching Program

Grounded in the principles of our popular Own Your Time program, our productivity coaching is designed to address the top productivity challenges: too many interruptions, conflicting priorities, not enough time, email overload, disorganization and procrastination. This program introduces practical strategies to help you take control of busy days, so you can stay focused on your top priorities, achieve your goals, and work with purpose.

Training content

Week 1

  • Detailed discussions with you and key stakeholders to allow us to better understand your productivity goals
  • A baseline assessment and Productivity Scorecard

Week 2

  • Power implementation sessions to develop a priority management system, clear your email inbox, establish a proactive routine, organize your digital and physical workspaces, overcome procrastination and apply the Simplify Filter to work and home.

Weeks 2-7(6 sessions)

Week 8

  • Follow-up session to ensure your new productivity tools and systems are effective and fully customized
  • A post-training productivity assessment and Productivity Scorecard

Program Outcomes

You will learn how to:

  • Create a customized Master Action Plan (MAP) to strategically manage priorities and tasks
  • Manage common workday interruptions for an optimal balance between focus and accessibility
  • Plan each day without overcommitting and avoid getting bogged down by the unexpected
  • Build a proactive routine to block time for top priorities (work and personal) while establishing balance between work and home
  • Clear your email inbox (and keep it that way) to reduce information overload and spend less time managing email
  • Organize your digital /physical workspace to easily find tools / materials and create a space to focus
  • Identify the subconscious reasons for procrastination and define attainable steps, build confidence and make timelines work
  • Explore growth and resilience mindset to overcome the true root causes of productivity challenges (i.e., fear of failure, perfectionism and imposter syndrome)
