Customer Service Essentials Train-the-Trainer

Our Trainer Certification and Licensing programs enable your team to utilize Bonfire's training content for your own company's Customer Service Training program. We can certify your company's trainers to deliver our time-tested program for the onboarding of new hires. Trainer Certification is also preceded by 2 days participating in the Customer Service Essentials course in order to be licensed for your organization.

Your trainers will spend the day with their Bonfire Training instructor learning not only the course concepts, but also the psychology and reasoning behind them so they can feel comfortable with them and be ready for any questions that may come up during their training classes. The instructor will provide tips and techniques to make the training interesting, relevant and fun for the new trainers.
