How Business People Make Decisions
Participants will learn how business people make all decisions, including those about which products and services they buy. Learners will be provided with a visual model that will help remind them of how to engage in meaningful business conversations and how every business decision relates to impact in one or more of several key areas. These areas form the foundation for all decisions and will become a key reference point throughout the buyer-seller engagement.
