Adult Learning: Applying Learning in the Workplace - Online Training
This course from ATD has been designed to help participants increase the value from their learning experiences. It will cover the relationship that exists between learning and application, giving participants the ability to focus on the learning outcomes, involve the key players, and support the application of new learning on the job. Also covered will be the ability to engage with others in order to help them benefit from their experiences, and this will be added to by the tutors who will share their extensive knowledge and experience in the application of learning.
