Telegence™: Outbound Sales Over the Phone

Ever since the telephone became a sales tool, cold calling has unanimously been one of the most unpleasant challenges in business. Outbound sales reps must develop a unique set of skills that will allow them to be successful in making sales over the phone.

ASLAN has developed this two-day in-house Telegence program to help outbound sales reps make more effective calls to cold or dormant clients. Your outbound sales reps will transform the way that they approach outbound sales and learn ASLAN’s 18 competencies needed to sell over the phone. These competencies are key because talking over the phone is much different than speaking face to face. The distance that the phone creates between the seller and the target means that a new set of skills is required.
