Follow-up coaching for alumni of past Ariel Group workshops
Our reinforcement coaching allows past workshop participants the opportunity to sustain, reinforce and deepen the lessons learned in the classroom and give them additional time to practice applying the learning to real-life situations.
We have a variety of follow-up options including:
- Individual drop-in coaching (onsite)
- Group coaching (phone or onsite)
- Participant follow up calls (1-1 with facilitator)
Who should attend?
Participants to any of our programs, from Senior Leaders to Managers, High-potentials, sales teams, and early career professionals.
Continued coaching after training is critical to ensure behavior change and ROI. The work doesn’t end when the trainer leaves—participants need to continue to apply what they’ve learned in order for them to leave behind familiar (and often rote) behaviors and for change to stick. Time varies. Variety of formats.
