Course description
APQC's process improvement course introduces the concepts, terminology, skills, and techniques that allow us to get control of the work we do in our organizations. Understanding that work only gets done through process, how we design, document, manage, and support processes over time is stronger when we apply proven process and process management practices. Participants will leave this course with a roadmap of process techniques and how they fit across the process lifecycle for any work process.
This course is designed as a collaboration between APQC and The Competency Alliance (TCA).
Now offered in English, Spanish, French, German, Mandarin, and Portuguese.
