Course description

This Introduction to Knowledge Management course provides definitions and fundamentals for getting knowledge management started in your organization. A participant will learn why organizations build knowledge management capabilities and the value it can provide. Common definitions and methodologies provide the foundation for understanding knowledge and knowledge management.
