Course description
This Introduction to Knowledge Management course provides definitions and fundamentals for getting knowledge management started in your organization. A participant will learn why organizations build knowledge management capabilities and the value it can provide. Common definitions and methodologies provide the foundation for understanding knowledge and knowledge management. Group discussions and activities will help the participant identify knowledge problems and understand best practices and techniques to apply to overcome knowledge management challenges. Participants will leave with a pragmatic and holistic view of how to approach knowledge management for their organizations.
