In this introduction to benchmarking course, you'll gain a holistic understanding of the essential practice of benchmarking and its application within the APQC framework. APQC has developed a robust four-phase methodology for conducting benchmarking exercises. Throughout this course, you will explore each phase to gain an understanding of the steps and techniques to conduct effective benchmarking and achieve higher-quality results. APQC guides you through creating surveys, gathering and validating data, and sharing actionable results that guide organizations to accelerate innovation and change.
