Course description
This course will focus on the process steps required to develop, align, and execute a KM strategic plan. Participants will be introduced to a four-phase strategic planning methodology, as well as common definitions and terms used in strategic planning. Using APQC’s strategic planning worksheets, participants will be guided through developing goals, objectives, strategies, and actions for KM.
