Course description
This course will focus on the 10 common impediments to knowledge sharing inside organizations. Participants will learn techniques to systematically identify and mitigate these common knowledge-sharing barriers in the context of their own organizations. Collaborative exercises will help participants understand how these barriers impact employee behaviors and what approaches can be used to improve the movement of knowledge through the organization.
