Virtual On-Line Negotiation – Setting up for success
The course will provide an approach to achieving measurable results, best practices and strategies to give you an edge at the virtual negotiation table. It will also serve to provide a refresh on negotiation essentials.
This is not a “pure” negotiation course but rather how to move and enhance your skills into the virtual world. This is designed for those selling rather than buying, with a focus on those who are typically more comfortable negotiating in person rather than on-line.

Course delivery details
This is a 2 day course aimed to help the participant better understand how to be successful in negotiating in the virtual on-line world. The participant will learn basic negotiation techniques, and how to transfer those skills in a virtual world.
