What is the structure of the Bootcamp?
It’s a combination of eLearning and live online classroom for CSM and Leading SAFe. There will be a selection of dates for weekdays / weekend and different time arrangements for the CSM and Leading SAFe course which you can choose from. Students cannot self-register. Please contact Adding Value for assistance on the suitable classroom dates for Leading SAFe & CSM.Students will have access to all six courses through our LMS. The necessary details will be provided upon activation. The assigned class schedule will be visible to students within the LMS.The other course are eLearning self-paced course which you can do anytime you want. You will have access to the Learning platform for 1 year.
Are there any class recordings? What is the reschedule policy?
Class recordings are not available as per the accreditation requirements. Students must attend live training sessions to be eligible for the certification exam. If a student notifies us at least 48 hours in advance, one rescheduling is allowed. For requests made within 24 hours of the class, a 25% fee will be charged.
How long does it take to complete the Bootcamp?
The program normally takes 3-5 months (5-10 hours/week). This is very individual. Some people go through the programme quite quickly, others need more time. You will have access to the Learning platform for 1 year. Always contact us for more information.

What is a refresher course?
In the context of the Agile Masters bootcamp or any course where a refresher is mentioned, it allows learners to rejoin a different cohort for LeadingSAFe or CSM live class if they are dissatisfied with the instructor or have missed a session due to a medical emergency. They will be reassigned to another cohort with a different instructor at no additional cost, provided this request is made within 180 days from the start of their originally enrolled session. Students can revisit refresher courses at any time within six months after completing their course. This ensures they can review key concepts as needed.
What is a Bootcamp in Agile Management?
