The class was very interactive and the Instructor did a great job facilitating the classes so that there were productive discussions throughout the day.
The program address various ways to perform the interview, and allowed role play to allow participants to practice the skills introduced
I learned how to be a more effective interviewer.
The program was helpful in evaluating different personalities/cultures and how to better work with them while also covering change and conflict management.
I would say this class is for the Internal IT Auditor who has to do a SOX Controls review as a smaller part of their larger audit plan.
