- Collecting information on obstacles, barriers, and opportunities
- Communicating progress information to stakeholders
Apply Lessons Learned:
- Initiating course correction(s) as indicated
- Identifying themes to be shared with colleagues
- Incorporating ideas into future audit plans of similar areas
