LTV: Leading Teams Virtually Online Leadership Training
Are you a leader trying to successfully run a team virtually? This course teaches the best practices of virtual and online communication to build a strong team even while navigating and managing change.
Over the past several years, we have seen more and more businesses turning to virtual meetings and virtual classrooms as an efficient and cost-effective way to do business. However, due to current world events, the magnitude of virtual communication has changed overnight.

This 3-week/90 minutes per session experiential leadership program highlights what we have learned as a completely virtual company, and delivers actionable tools you and your company need to be successful in these changing times.
This online course relies heavily on a 'flipped classroom' approach that enables group collaboration with your peers to discuss our individual experiences and questions. We don't believe in simply talking 'at-you' throughout the classes. You will be engaged, involved and grow throughout your time with us.
