Difficult Conversations - 1-day On-Site Workshop
This on-site workshop from ACHIEVE has been designed to teach participants the ability to deal with difficult situations that can arise when they need to partake in a difficult conversation, such as sharing bad news, discussing uncomfortable issues or correcting actions. Difficult conversations can take a large toll on the participants and can be one of the most stressful and uncomfortable part of work life, but being able to handle the situation respectfully and professionally can have a massive impact on those involved, and can make dealing with the aftermath much easier.
This workshop will review the key elements of preparing for, conducting and concluding difficult conversations. Participants will leave with a set of tools to help ensure that difficult conversations are productive, professional and respectful for all involved.
