I really enjoyed putting to use a lot of the things we've learned.

I liked having a space to experiment with what works and does not work. It's great being able to fail without actual consequences :)

Great course, especially great framework as my new hire (first employee to manage) starts in a couple weeks.

I would love to have this more available for all leaders in the organization to understand and reflect on the complexities within leadership and teammate development.

The program was delivered clearly. The breakout sessions were effective and the facilitator did a great job in setting the expectations so we could maximize our time in the class.

I think it was a well thought out simulation and the opportunity to see the immediate impact and long term, compounding impact of the decisions we made was impactful.
