Course description

Leading Organizational Change

Executive-level leadership and enterprise-thinking.

Built for Senior and VP-level leaders, this program leads participants in connecting unique organizational values to high-level strategic choices and leading at the executive level in an intensive curriculum that builds their enterprise-thinking and executive presence. 

The Leading Organizational Change program guides participants to expand their understanding at the executive level and their own leadership strengths while simultaneously giving them new tools to manage complexity within cross-functional teams.

Learners will hone their skills around driving strategic innovation, harnessing executive presence, managing diverse stakeholders, and leading through volatility and uncertainty. In addition to a case study and leadership self-assessment, participants will be engage in the Executive Challenge simulation, a real-world competitive learning experience that places them in the driver’s seat as organizational leaders and allows them to learn from their own actions and mistakes in a safe environment. They will gain an understanding of the trade-offs they make as people leaders and practice working through difficult scenarios and situations.

Truly rewarding
