I really enjoyed to experience and exposure of sitting in unfamiliar roles. I particularly benefited from the CEO role. It opened my eyes as to how much there is to look at and how much you rely on your teams.
Enjoyed the real world simulation and engaging in roles during the simulation outside my comfort zone. Highlighted the need to have a decision making process in place for day to day vs crisis situations.
