Developing Business Acumen

Real-world practice in value creation and analysis.

An immersive, cohort-based curriculum designed to build analytical skills by learning the essential tools of financial analysis and business valuation. Participants gain deep insight into the drivers of value and connecting those drivers to day-to-day decisions. This program guides participants to understand financial statements and make data-driven decisions while giving them new tools to connect their day-to-day work with the big picture of business management.

Learners will hone skills around analytical thinking & business acumen, communicating strategy using financial language, data-driven decision making, and understanding financial indicators. In addition to a case study and an introductory-level business finance course, this program features the Business Challenge simulation, which provides a hands-on, competitive space for learners to practice analyzing financial statements and making data-driven decisions.
