Creating Strategic Business Value
Financial impact and investment analysis skill-building.
This senior executive level program helps participants expand their perspective of financial analysis and business valuation in a cohort-based curriculum that focuses on driving long-term value and creating data-driven strategy.
Participants are guided in understanding financial statements and making data-driven decisions. They are given new tools to connect their day-to-day work with the big picture of the business. These include the ability to manage organizational growth using key performance indicators, learning to allocate resources strategically with long-term success in mind, understanding how to project the impact of strategic decisions, and sharpening their skills around engaging in executive-level dialogue using financial terms and data.
In addition to an introductory-level business finance course, and a evaluation of their own company's financials, this program gives senior leaders a hands-on, competitive space to practice evaluating capital investments, analyzing executive-level financial data, and driving strategic initiatives to build business value through the Business Challenge simuation.
