Demo2Win Masters is an advanced 2-day workshop for sales and presales professionals that have previously completed Demo2Win!. Students who attend the workshop will learn how to employ just-in-time discovery, improvisation, and objection handling techniques to manage their audience.

Many of today’s demonstrations are being conducted without adequate discovery.  This is due, in large part, to the fatigue of buyers providing this access. Buyers are doing their own research ahead of vendor meetings, and they are expecting vendors to come prepared and be able to pivot to address their concerns.   

The challenge of today’s sales and presales professionals is the ability to successfully engage in an outcomes focused improvisational conversation pivoting their solution presentation to address the needs just uncovered.  Demo2Win! Masters builds on the fundamentals of Demo2Win: Attention Management, Motivation and Value, and the Tell – Show – Tell Technique to help presenters and demonstrators improve their agility and precision in front of an audience.

As a result, they will be better able to pivot within their planned presentations to tailor the message specifically to the audience, uncover hidden motivations, and better direct the prospect down the buying cycle…keeping deals on track. 

In Demo2Win! participants learn the power of the Tell-Show-Tell technique. In Masters, they take Tell-Show-Tell to the next level by looking at how to target context and benefit statements to specific audience members based on your desired next steps and expected outcomes of the meeting. Students learn how to draw audience members into brief conversations throughout the demo to uncover hidden motivations, gain stakeholder buy-in, and leverage relationships between the buyers to improve the resonance of their messaging and drive deals forward.
