Supervisors and managers who are responsible for the results other people produce are leaders; and they are the backbone of any company. They have the most day-to-day contact with the company’s workers and are the foundation of any company’s success.

Making those supervisors and managers more successful is where we can help. The Daedalus Group will work with the supervisors and managers in your company, teaching them skills and techniques to help them become more effective leaders leading more productive teams. We use a realistic, uncomplicated approach to leadership development based on significant experience leading teams and training leaders. We have found no need or benefit to making leadership a complex subject by teaching all sort of academic theories.

We have extensive experience leading teams and training leaders in many different situations. By combining military, corporate, and non-profit leadership experience, we can introduce proven leadership tools, tips, and techniques, then help leaders at all levels of the organization understand how to apply those tools in their own unique situations.

Although we continue studying leadership theories and ideas, we never present anything that we don’t know, from our own experience, will result in more effective leaders leading more productive teams.

Some of our courses are eligible for professional development credit from the Project Management Institute and the National Business Aviation Association. The Daedalus Group is a veteran owned business
