Presenting at conferences is a major opportunity for your organization. You must put your best foot forward by enlisting professional, engaging, and confident speakers who accurately represent your brand. While this is an opportunity for your business to be on the big stage, successful conference presenters understand this is a “soft-sell” situation. Getting any of this wrong can tarnish your company’s brand in the audience’s minds.
This mastery-level speaker training program prepares participants to demonstrate thought leadership at conferences or become certified for your speaker’s bureau. It has a high degree of personal coaching so that participants can focus on their specific objectives, challenges, and skill-building needs.
Throughout the class, participants apply the principles of The Orderly Conversation® to their own real-life conference presentations.
Presenting at Conferences includes access to eCoach – our program for pre-work and post-workshop performance support. Participants receive reusable job aids and reference materials to help them apply what they learn in class to the situations they face outside of it. Attendees also receive a copy of The Orderly Conversation: Business Presentations Redefined.
NOTE: We assume that slides and other materials have been created for the speakers. If this is not the case, slide and message development can be accommodated and discussed during the tailoring process.
