Risk Management Professional (PMI-RMP®) Prep Course: Prepare for Certification in Four Days!
Risk Management Professional (PMI-RMP®) Certification Prep Course
This 4-day instructor led course will help participants to prepare for the PMI® Risk Management Professional certification exam (PMI-RMP®). The course offers an in-depth look at risk management through a PMI® perspective, and is delivered as a combination of lecture and hands-on learning format. Through this course, participants will receive a comprehensive introduction to project risk and cover the five primary exam objectives which are as follows:
- Risk Strategy and Planning
- Stakeholder Engagement
- Risk Process Facilitation
- Risk Monitoring and Reporting
- Perform Specialized Risk Analysis
Unlike the PMP® Certification Prep course which is primarily designed to help candidates pass the exam, this class is also for project managers who want a comprehensive course covering all aspects of Risk Management. Participants are not required to register for the exam to attend this course.
With the advanced skills in risk management gained through this course, participants will perform a specialized function aligned to the needs of a project environment that is increasingly global, virtual and complex. The PMI Risk Management Professional (PMI-RMP)® highlights their ability to identify and assess project risks, mitigate threats and capitalize on opportunities.
This course can also be offered as on-site training by KSI anywhere across North America.
The PMI Registered Education Provider logo is a registered mark of the Project Management Institute, Inc.
