Coaching Others Towards Personal and Professional Victory

In simple terms, coaching is the process of one person guiding another through a process, leading to performance enhancement. The ability to coach others is a core competency for those helping organizations to grow, successfully navigate through change, and implement professional development initiatives for its employees. Coaching helps clarify vision, beliefs, and values, and stretches the capacity of professionals to lead and influence others at all levels and at various stages of their career.

Acquiring the knowledge and tools to effectively coach others is an invaluable asset that not only benefits the person serving as the coach, but also his/her peers, reports, mentees, and/or team members. Upon completing this workshop, participants will have the benefit of a powerful, integrated learning experience which will provide them the means to have better conversations, build stronger relationships, influence and motivate others, and serve as a catalyst for better business results.
