About Keystone Education Group and our services
We are a company that helps people and companies find the right education for their needs through online services, conferences, open days, exhibitions, directories and marketing. The services are free for you as a user and work on all common digital devices, such as computers, mobile phones and tablets.
Once you have registered as a user, you will have access to our digital search services to make registrations of interest and booking requests for various education programs. You can also use our services to participate in education fairs and other similar events, which may be held digitally. Once you have registered your interest in an education program, we contact the education provider that delivers it. Then they will contact you and provide more information, where relevant.
On our websites there are also various tools that are designed to help you find the right education, for example, grade calculation, education tests, guides, brochures or white paper downloads and similar education-related features. We also have counseling and consultancy services that help you match the right education to your wishes and needs.
When you use our services, our Terms and Conditions apply. When you register as a user, you agree to follow the Terms and Conditions, and they apply to you as long as you are registered as a user with us. Your personal information
When you use our services, you share certain information with us. Read more about this in our Privacy Policy. There we explain what personal information we collect, how it is used, who we share the information with and what rights you have with regards to your information.
Description of education providers and education programs
On our websites, we present as detailed a description as possible of the education programs so that you will obtain information that is as useful as is possible. Despite this, some information may on occasion be missing or incorrect, e.g. because changes have taken place that we have not been made aware of. If you have questions about any particular education programs, you are welcome to contact our Customer Services at info@findcourses.com or +44 203 318 6280. If there are specific questions, you may need to contact the education provider that delivers the education program.
What we expect from you
When you choose to use our services, we need certain information from you. You are responsible for ensuring that the information you provide to us is correct and up-to-date, for example that you provide an email address where you can be contacted.
Once you have registered with us, a confirmation email will be sent to the e-mail address you provided. That email contains login information and other user information. You should handle it as sensitive information that is kept strictly confidential and may not be disseminated.
The purpose of our services is to provide you with information about education programs and to help you find the right education. Our services may not be used for any other purpose. It is e.g. not allowed to use our services to collect information about education to create your own platform that is similar to or competes with the services that we offer.
You have the right to use our trademarks and other materials to the extent necessary for you to be able to use our services but not for any other purpose.
You may not knowingly destroy other users, education providers or us by for example, making bookings and inquiries that you do not intend to carry out. You may not use our websites or attend trade fairs / events to communicate content that others may find offensive, hateful, violent or may otherwise be derogatory or inappropriate, or for criminal activity.
What happens if you violate our terms?
Should you violate our terms, we will be able to terminate your access to our websites and other services. If what you do means that costs are incurred by us, we may demand the costs from you.
Our responsibility for our services
We do our best to ensure that the information available on our websites is correct and accurate, and that links to education providers are correct. We also do our best to make our trade fairs and events are delivered to a high quality and meet your expectations, and that our advisory services and other tools work as well as possible. However, we can not guarantee that all services will work flawlessly at all times. There are occasions whereby we are dependent on information from education providers, information from you as a user, and also on suppliers such as services that manage our websites. We can not take any responsibility if you as a user, for any reason, suffer from any form of cost or other damage in connection with you using our services.
Our services act as a meeting place between you as the user who is enquiring about education programs and the education providers that organize and deliver the education programs. We do our best to collaborate with professional and reputable education providers but they are independent suppliers and we cannot be responsible, for example, for the occurrence whereby an education program does not meet your expectations or that the price of the education is reasonable.
We may decide to change or discontinue services and therefore cannot guarantee that you will continue to have access to them over time.
Newsletters and other information
Once you have registered as a user, we will send you by email, newsletters and other information from time to time that may be of interest to you. If you no longer want to receive these, you can easily unsubscribe at any point through a link in each email.
Changes in the terms, etc.
We may change these general Terms and Conditions if the need arises. If there are important changes to the terms, we will inform you of this by publishing the new terms on our websites and / or by notifying you by email.
If we see a need to transfer our rights and obligations under these terms to another party, such as a company in our group or a buyer of our business, we reserve that right, provided that the new party can be expected to fulfill their obligations to you in a satisfactory manner.
If we do not agree
Despite our efforts to help you find the right education in the best possible way, situations may arise where we do not agree. You also always have the opportunity to make a complaint about us and our services in court by having a dispute formally tried. Some disputes can be tried by the General Complaints Board, www.arn.se. Disputes can also be tried by a general court in Sweden, www.domstol.se.
If you no longer want to be registered as a user with us, contact us and we will remove you.

We are a company that helps people and companies find the right education for their needs through online services, conferences, open days, exhibitions, directories and marketing. When you use our services, you share certain information with us. Such information may constitute personal data, i.e. information that concerns you and that can be used to identify you personally. This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect, how it is used, who we share the information with and what rights you have regarding your information.
If you do not want to provide personal information with us, an alternative is to provide fictitious information, for example by using a fictitious name when you register. In that case, keep in mind that you must at least provide enough information for us to be able to contact you to send you login details, information about education, learning offers, etc. In order to provide some of our services, it is necessary for us to access your correct personal information.
WHICH PERSONAL DATA DO WE COLLECT?
We collect two types of information:
- Information that you provide to us
- Information we receive when you use our services
Our sites and our services are not intended for people under the age of 13, and we will not knowingly collect information about people under the age of 13.
Information that you provide to us
In order for you to be able to use our services, we collect information that you provide to us. For example, most of our services require that you, as a prospective student or training buyer, create an account with us. To create an account with us, you need to fill in your name, telephone number and e-mail address. While you use our services, we also receive additional information from you, for example about what you want to study and where, and any personal information that is written in the chats you participate in. If you contact us, for example via customer services, we also collect information about you that you provide to us and that is needed in order to handle your request.
Information we receive when you use our services
When you use our services, we collect information about which service you have used, how you have used it and when you have been logged in. We can, for example, see which of our websites you have visited and which education providers or education programs and subjects you have registered an interest in. This is in order to be able to provide you with information about education programs within your areas of interest but also to be able to give you a better user experience.
We can also see what kind of device - computer, mobile, tablet, etc. - that you have used and information from the device itself such as IP address, language settings, browser settings, time zone, operating system, platform, screen resolution and geographical location. We only use the information from your device to create analytics. The information is not used at the individual level or together with other data that allows the information to be linked to a unique person.
Like most online services and mobile apps, we use cookies that are stored locally on your device when you visit our websites. For example, we use cookies so that you do not have to log in again every time you visit us. For more information on this, see below under the section on cookies.
WHY DO WE PROCESS YOUR PERSONAL DATA?
In order for us to be able to handle your personal data, we always need to have a purpose and a so-called legal basis for the processing, which we explain below. We process your personal data in order to:
- Provide our services to you (fulfillment of agreements).
- Analyze, improve and further develop the services (legitimate interest).
- Communicate with you and provide support (fulfillment of agreements).
- Let education providers and exhibitors know that you are interested in e.g. a certain education (fulfillment of agreements).
- Fulfill our legal obligations, such as tax and accounting (legal obligations).
- Send newsletters and other information to you (fulfillment of agreement).
- Prevent, limit and investigate misuse of our services and illegal activities (legitimate interest).
Fulfillment of agreements. One reason why we process your personal data is to be able to fulfill the contractual obligations that we have undertaken to perform. This regards, for example, personal information required for you to be able to take full advantage of our services.
Legitimate interest. Another reason why we process personal data about you is that we have judged that our legitimate interest in processing your personal data outweighs your right not to be covered by the processing. This is called a balance of interests and applies, for example, when we further develop our services. You are welcome to contact us if you want to know more about the balance of interests.
Legal obligation. We may also need to process personal data in order to comply with laws and fulfill our legal obligations.
Do we make automated decisions about you?
No, we do not make automated decisions (i.e. decisions relating to using algorithms that have any legal consequences for you).
WHO DO WE SHARE YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION WITH?
When you use our services, we may share your personal information with others:
- With education providers and exhibitors to, for example, let these parties know that you have an interest in a particular education.
- With providers who perform services for us, such as providing server power, sending emails, marketing our services and enabling you to chat with us.
- With authorities that require access to certain information, for example the Swedish Tax Agency
- With companies within our group to be able to provide our services to you.
- With interested buyers if it should become relevant to sell Keystone Education Group, and then under strict confidentiality requirements.
We only share your personal data with parties that process personal data within the EU / EEA or with parties who are obliged to maintain the same level of protection offered within the EU / EEA in accordance with the rules in the GDPR (so-called standard contract clauses). HOW LONG DO WE SAVE YOUR PERSONAL DATA?
Your personal data will not be stored for longer than is necessary with regards to the purposes of the processing. We have internal routines that ensure this and we make sure to delete personal data no later than two years after you have used our services. Some information may need to be stored longer if required by law, for example, the Accounting Act that requires that you save data for seven to eight years.
YOUR RIGHTS
You have certain rights regarding our processing of your personal data. Contact us if you want to exercise any of your rights. You will find our contact information at the bottom.
You have the right to know if we process personal data about you. If we do so, you also have the right to receive information free of charge about what data we process and certain information about the processing. You also have the right to receive a copy of the information we process about you. Under certain conditions, you also have the right to obtain your personal data electronically in order to be able to use them elsewhere. This is called data portability.
If any of the information we process about you is incorrect or incomplete, you have the right to have that information corrected or supplemented.
Under certain conditions, you have the right to have your personal data deleted, for example if we no longer need the data for the purpose for which we collected it. You may also, under certain conditions, request that we limit the processing of your data to passive storage. For example, if you have requested correction, you can request that the processing be limited while we investigate whether the information is incorrect.
In cases where your personal data is processed on the basis of a balance of interests or consent, you have the right to object to the processing. If you object, we will, under certain conditions, cease our processing of your personal data.
The Data Inspectorate is the supervisory authority for our processing of your personal data. If you are dissatisfied with our processing of your personal data, you have the right to contact the Data Inspectorate directly.

When you use our websites, information is collected via various forms of tracking techniques, such as so-called cookies. A cookie is a small file that is downloaded to a device (such as a computer or mobile phone) that stores the information so that our websites can recognize you as a returning visitor and adapt your experience of our services. DELETE OR WITHDRAW YOUR DATA Unsubscription
You have the right to have your personal data deleted. You may opt-out or delete your data at any time by clicking the unsubscribe button at the bottom of our emails, or by unsubscribing from the website here.
Deleting your data stored on the website
If you would like to withdraw your data entirely, you can email info@findcourses.com and request deletion of data. You will need to use the email account that is connected to the data you have entered in order to verify your identity. Your request will be executed and confirmed by reply to your email.
Deleting your data stored via Facebook
If you do not wish to continue receiving information from findcourses.com on Facebook and would like to get your personal data deleted, please follow the instructions below:
- Go to your Facebook account’s settings & privacy. Click “Settings”
- Look for “Security and Login Info”
- Choose the “Apps and Websites” and you will see all of the apps and websites linked with your Facebook.
- Search and click “findcourses.com” in the search bar.
- Scroll and click “Remove.”
- Now you have successfully removed your app activities on Facebook.
The Data Inspectorate is the supervising authority of the processing of your personal data. If you are dissatisfied with our processing of your personal data, you have the right to contact the Data Inspectorate directly.
